Chuck Hendricks has worked for UNITE HERE since 2000 as a full-time union organizer. Since 2012 he has primarily worked on collective bargaining and coordinating national bargaining in the Food Service Industry throughout North America. Prior to working with UNITE HERE, he was a rank-and-file member of the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades. He is a graduate of Stevenson University with a degree in History and Sociology.
Mr. Hendricks’ current responsibilities are to oversee the relationship between UNITE HERE and the major Airline Catering Employers. This includes the grievance and arbitration processes, labor management committees and the collective bargaining process. He also works with local unions of UNITE HERE throughout North America to coordinate and bargain their food service contracts in universities, business and government cafeterias, stadiums,
museums and convention centers.
Mr. Hendricks further sits as a Trustee or Chairperson on a number of UNITE HERE Taft- Hartley Funds, including Training Funds, Pension Funds, and Health and Welfare Funds.
